O Globo de Ouro anunciou na quarta-feira (03) os indicados na 78ª edição da premiação dedicada ao cinema e à TV. O evento costuma acontecer nas primeiras semanas do ano, mas foi adiado por conta da pandemia de Covid-19 e será realizado em 28 de fevereiro.
Neste ano, com maior número de indicações, o destaque vai para título Mank, da Netflix. Indicações em seis categorias: filme de drama, ator (Gary Oldman), atriz coadjuvante (Amanda Seyfried), direção (David Fincher), roteiro (Jack Fincher) e trilha sonora (Atticus Ross, Trent Reznor).
Entre as séries, a mais indicada foi The Crown, também da Netflix, com seis indicações, seguida por “Schitt’s creek” (5), “Ozark” e “The Undoing” (ambas com 4), “The Great” e Ratched (ambas com 3).
No circuito de premiações audiovisual dos EUA, o Globo de Ouro é o primeiro do ano com mais destaque, e abre a série de eventos que culmina no Oscar, marcado para 25 de abril.
